SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are handmade, packed with care, and usually ship within 2–3 business days. During holidays or special promotions, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier, and transit estimates begin after your order has been processed.

While I cannot control carrier delays, I always want you to receive the items you’ve lovingly chosen. If something seems off with your shipment, please reach out at Zipporrah@shemesh-barbur.com and I’ll be happy to help.

 

Local Shipping

Local delivery and pickup options (if applicable) will be shown at checkout. Free local shipping is available on orders above 175 NIS. 

 

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs delays may occur and are outside my control.

 

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please email me as soon as possible. If the package has not shipped yet, I can usually update it. Once in transit, address changes must be handled through the carrier.
