REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Shemesh-Barbur, all products are handcrafted with care and attention to quality. Because each item is made in small batches, this policy is designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and product safety for all customers.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@shemesh-barbur.com within **14 days** of delivery with photo proof of the issue. We will happily replace or refund the affected item.
Candle Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for **unused, unlit candles and wax melts** that remain in **new, resalable condition**.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Used or burned candles and wax melts cannot be returned or exchanged.
Soap and Room & Linen Sprays
Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on soap or Room & Linen Spray products unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service with the required receipt or order confirmation number to support@shemesh-barbur.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. The refund is for your full purchase price, shipping fees are not included. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Refunds will go back to the original method of payment
Time Window
All return requests must be made within **14 days** of receiving your order, and the package to be returned must be postmarked within 21 days of receiving your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Final Sale Items
Certain limited-edition or discounted items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return.
Items received as part of a subscription service may not be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
